The Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (ICPAS) is the national accountancy body that develops, supports and enhances the integrity, status and interests of the profession. The Certified Public Accountant Singapore (CPA Singapore) is a professional in accountancy, finance and business who has the relevant work experience in addition to a recognised accountancy qualification.

The Singapore Institute of Directors (SID), the national association for the local corporate community, aims to promote the professional development of directors and corporate leaders and encourage the highest standards of corporate governance and ethical conduct. The Corporate Governance & Financial Reporting Centre (CGFRC) was officially established in 2003 through an initial grant from the NUS Business School, National University of Singapore. SIAS, a non-profit organisation, was founded in June 1999 to champion the CLOB issue affecting some 172,000 retail investors. Today, SIAS is the largest organised investor lobby group in Asia, with almost 63,000 retail investors as members. It is run by a Management Committee comprising professionals who are volunteers. It actively promotes Investor Education, Corporate Transparency and Corporate Governance and it is the watchdog for investor rights. Todate, SIAS has successfully organised some 210 physical educational programmes ranging from basic investment seminars for novices to certificate courses for investment-savvy investors. About 35,000 retail investors have benefited from these programmes. The Investment Management Association of Singapore (IMAS) was established on 22 September 1997. IMAS currently has over 100 members. Its membership roll includes all the major investment management firms in Singapore.
IMAS' objective is to contribute towards the development and growth of the investment management industry in Singapore.
